There is a dedicated Fitness Centre and Exercise Studio providing the latest equipment for the ideal workout; opening times are between 6:30am and 10pm. SportsFor land and water-based sports, guests can make use of the amenities on offer at The Resort, which covers an area of 15,000 square metres. There are dedicated tennis and squash courts as well as a temperature-controlled free-form swimming pool with waterfall. Guests can take part in rock climbing and the flying trapeze. Outside the hotel are a number of other activities, including extreme sports at the Macau Tower.
