Our Fitness Centre is equipped with adjustable treadmills that allow you to select the challenge; we can’t all manage Pacific Heights. They also have their own private TV and headphones so you can enjoy the trip.

The Fitness Center is equipped with a full range of cardio vascular and muscle strengthening facilities. Located on the 4th floor, it is open 24 hours on a complimentary basis. We also provide guests with complimentary bottled water and newspapers.
Massage
Should you prefer something less strenuous we can arrange a massage either in the fitness centre or in the privacy of your room. Choose from Chinese or Swedish influenced therapies for professional relaxation.

Yoga
Yoga classes are regularly held at Equinox Fitness located across the street from the hotel in the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange building. Day-passes are available for USD 20 per day.
