Mandarin Oriental, Beijing will be one of the finest luxury hotels in the city, located in the new, landmark headquarters of China Central Television in the central business district of the Chinese capital. The 241-room contemporary hotel will open in 2008. The spectacular location, innovative architecture and design, along with Mandarin Oriental’s award-winning hospitality will ensure Mandarin Oriental, Beijing’s reputation as one of the world’s legendary hotels.

It is ideally located on Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona’s most prestigious address, at the very centre of the city’s commercial and entertainment district. The property provides easy access to the city’s finest shopping, dining and cultural venues and is a short walk from many major tourist attractions. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona will offer holistic rejuvenation and relaxation in a tranquil, meditative setting.
Mandarin Oriental Lago Nam Van, Macau (Opening 2009)
Mandarin Oriental’s second property in Macau will be part of a prestigious mixed-use complex in the Nape waterfront region, with stunning views. The overall 2.6 million square foot complex will comprise a residential development, an extensive upscale retail centre, serviced apartments and the luxury Mandarin Oriental hotel. It will feature 213 spacious guestrooms, including 42 suites, innovative and stylish dining options and a 16,000 square foot spa.
Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas (Opening 2009)
Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas will be located in the heart of the famed “Strip,” and will be prominently situated at the entrance of CityCenter in a multi-towered 37 storey building. The building features a stunning glass façade, affording dynamic views from public spaces as well as the hotel’s 392 spacious guestrooms and luxuriously appointed suites. There will be a variety of dining and cocktail venues, as well as 32,000-square-foot Spa at Mandarin Oriental, providing the most comprehensive range of wellness, beauty and massage treatments in the Las Vegas area.
This luxurious resort will be an intimate hideaway set amongst 53 hectares of lush palm grove in the Palmeraie region, surrounded by the Atlas Mountains, just 15 minutes away from the airport and the centre of Marrakech. The development includes 161 lavish and exquisitely designed guestrooms as well as 44 luxury villas which will be branded and managed as Residences at Mandarin Oriental, providing a rare opportunity for ownership in the exclusive Palmeraie. The development will include an expansive 2000 sq.m Spa, offering holistic rejuvenation and relaxation in a serene, meditative setting, as well as an eclectic selection of local and international cuisines provided by a variety of dining options.
Mandarin Oriental Dellis Cay, Turks and Caicos
Mandarin Oriental Dellis Cay, Turks and Caicos will be located on an unspoiled 35-acre beachfront site on the scenic south western shore of the island, surrounded by pristine white sands, sheltered coral reefs and protected mangrove reserves. The hideaway will feature 197 rooms. A 22,000 square foot comprehensive Spa will be built over a tranquil lake.
Mandarin Oriental, Costa Rica
The 130-room Mandarin Oriental, Costa Rica will open in 2010 as the cornerstone of an exclusive 538-acre gated golf and residential development, Rancho Manzanillo, which will feature branded Mandarin Oriental residences, beach and golf villas, and exclusive private homes. The stunning retreat will offer an array of leisure activities, from the 18-hole Fred Couples Signature Championship golf course, to exotic wildlife viewing from the property’s 200 acres of protected tropical dry forest, home to some of world’s most diverse flora and fauna. The resort’s natural beach, lined with coconut palms, will also provide the perfect backdrop for active watersports or total relaxation.
Mandarin Oriental, Chicago
Mandarin Oriental, Chicago will occupy 15 floors of a new 90-storey tower which will be an exclusive mixed-use development in Chicago’s growing Millennium Park neighbourhood. In addition to the 252 spacious guestrooms and suites, a 20,000 square foot Spa will create an unprecedented relaxation experience within a vibrant urban setting. The property will also feature 103 luxurious branded Residences and a further 300 deluxe condominiums, as well as upscale retail shops.
Mandarin Oriental, Dallas
Mandarin Oriental, Dallas will open in the city’s dynamic new Victory Park development, a USD3 billion, 75-acre, mixed-use project located in the heart of Dallas. The hotel will occupy the first eleven floors of the new 43-storey, 650-foot Victory Tower, the architectural centerpiece of Victory Park and one of the tallest residential structures in the state of Texas. In addition to the 139-room hotel and 91 luxury residences, Victory Tower will also house 75,000 square feet of internationally-recognised luxury retail shopping and 275,000 square feet of premier commercial office space.
Mandarin Oriental, Grand Cayman
Mandarin Oriental, Grand Cayman will be an intimate hideaway, set on an unspoiled 10-acre site that features a 950-foot stretch of pristine white sand, known as Barefoot Beach. All of the resort's 114 lavish guest rooms and suites will feature expansive outdoor terraces and balconies providing panoramic ocean views. Included in the development will be 32 private residences providing an opportunity for ownership in this unparalleled island retreat.
Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou
Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou will be designed as an elegant, contemporary hotel, featuring 401 spacious rooms. The hotel will be part of the 450,000 square metre prestigious Taikoo Hui mixed-use complex, currently under construction in the Tianhe Central Business District. The property will feature six dining and cocktail venues and spacious meeting facilities.
Mandarin Oriental, Taipei
Mandarin Oriental, Taipei will be a key component of a mixed-use luxury lifestyle and entertainment complex which is being developed in the heart of the city. Designed with a contemporary, elegant interior style, the 300 generously appointed guestrooms will be among the largest in Taipei and will enjoy spectacular views of the city. The hotel will feature four innovative restaurants and two bars and a signature Mandarin Oriental 20,000 square foot spa with fitness centre and outdoor swimming pool.
Mandarin Oriental, Paris
Mandarin Oriental has reached agreement to manage a luxury hotel in Paris which is planned to open in 2010. The hotel will position itself amongst the palace hotels of the city. Enjoying a pre-eminent address on rue Saint Honoré, in the historic and fashionable centre of Paris, the hotel will encompass 142 spacious and luxuriously appointed rooms, an extensive choice of dining options, a signature Mandarin Oriental Spa and an expansive inner courtyard.
Mandarin Oriental, Milan
Designed as a stylish and intimate hotel, featuring 104 guestrooms including 34 suites, Mandarin Oriental, Milan will be housed in the re-development of three elegant 19th Century buildings, ideally located on Via Monte di Pieta, one of Milan’s most prestigious addresses. The property provides easy access to the city’s important commercial, fashion and cultural centres, and is a short walk from many major tourist and shopping attractions.
Mandarin Oriental, St. Kitts
Mandarin Oriental, St. Kitts in the West Indies will be an extraordinary resort ideally situated on a pristine 50-acre site at Majors Bay, a private cove on the island’s secluded southeast peninsula. The luxurious 125-room resort, plus 20 private Residences at Mandarin Oriental, will be an integral part of Christophe Harbour, a 2,400 acre project being developed along the coastline of both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. The overall development will offer an array of leisure activities, including a Marina village offering docking spaces for private yachts, and an 18-hole Tom Fazio Championship golf course.

Mandarin Oriental, Marbella will be located within a tranquil and protected environmental area of outstanding natural beauty, with stunning views of the Mediterranean, the Rock of Gibraltar and the Moroccan coastline. This peaceful and spacious 114-room property is a short drive from the centre of the historic city of Marbella and the equally stylish resort of Puerto Banus. The development will include 94 luxury residential apartments which will be branded and managed as Residences at Mandarin Oriental.
