Renowned New York based restaurant designer Adam Tihany has been appointed to undertake the redesign of the hotel’s restaurants and bar and his vision promises spectacular spaces to be unveiled in June 2008.
In the interim, we invite you to experience ‘Intermezzo’ – chic dining spaces featuring imaginative design concepts – during the interlude between our past and our future.
