Our head chefs, Franck Ferigutti and Dominique Bugnand, will meet to discuss any ideas you may have for the big day. They will input their own ideas and tailor-make a menu just for you.

With the city’s finest wine cellar at his disposal, our sommelier will be available to offer advice and recommendations on the perfect drinks to complement your chosen menu.

Our calligrapher can create beautiful artwork for your stationary and we can help with the printing of your menu and place cards.
Toastmaster
We can engage our toastmaster to help with the smooth running of your party. He will welcome and introduce guests on arrival, ensure people receive their placement cards at the reception, announce dinner, guide guests through to dinner, announce the arrival of the bride and groom and introduce the speeches.
