We offer the following choices of side dishes with the steak:

Champagne takes centre stage at Mark’s Restaurant at the end of April with a special menu created by Chef Mario Corti featuring five courses each to be accompanied by a specially selected cuvée of Laurent Perrier champagne.

Lukewarm Norwegian lobster with Kalamansi limes
Champagne veloute with wild salmon and caviar
St. Peter fish poached in champagne on oyster puree and wild algae
Poulet de Bresses with baked potato bismarck and shallot sauce
Composition of rosé champagne
