The ancient art of Thai Yoga Massage brings together a series of interactive, assisted yoga postures and guided stretching, with gentle rocking and rhythmic acupressure to relieve joint and muscle tension. Palm and thumb pressure along the body's energy 'Sen' lines encourage a deepening of the breath, a free flow of energy, and a more balanced, meditative state.
When practiced in the quiet, meditative atmosphere of the Thai Yoga room, the body will begin to open and regain flexibility with ease of movement, while the mind gently returns to calm alertness. Tension and toxins will be released from the joints, muscles and connective tissue.
The beautiful Thai Yoga room was custom designed with elements indigenous to Thailand to create a distinct Thai sense of place. The space is elegantly decorated in rich teak wood and gold leafing reminiscent of the Buddhist temples of Thailand. A deep soaking tub, stone works and water features further accentuate the tranquility of the space.
The 80-minute Thai Yoga Massage is priced at USD 315 Monday - Wednesday and USD 325 Thursday - Sunday. Guests can also enjoy the longer Thai Yoga Experience, priced at USD 675 Monday - Wednesday and USD 695 Thursday - Sunday.
