Café MoZU Presents Chesapeake Bay soft shell crabs
From May 13 through 31, delight in a menu of Chesapeake Bay soft shell crabs, prepared-to-order to each guests’ liking. Crabs are served individually and include Tempura Soft Shell Crab with scallion, momiji oroshi and ponzu sauce; Sauteed Soft Shell Crab with yellow curry sauce, coconut milk, baby corn and tomato; or Soft Shell Crab Spider Roll, deep-fried with qupy mayonnaise, avocado, cucumber and kaiware sprouts. A specially-prepared crab seasoning is also available. Soft Shell Crab pasta and soup are also available. Chesapeake Bay soft shell crabs are priced at USD 18 for one and USD 12 for each additional.
