Three menus are offered: a three-course prix fixe menu, a six-course chef’s tasting menu or a vegetarian tasting menu.
Semi-private dining is offered in the Wine Gallery adjacent to the exhibition kitchen. Chef Ziebold will work with you on customizing the menu.
