These authentic Northern Thai rice barns were actually imported complete from the countryside. They encircle a delightful Thai cottage garden to recreate the true atmosphere of rural village life. Set over two storeys the ground floor living area is a creative blend of rustic textures; bamboos, silks and hill tribe textiles. Upstairs the atmosphere is full of character, with crafted wooden beams fixed with dovetail joints and old style sliding shutters. The bedroom has a king size bed and inviting bathroom with polished teak surrounding the peanut shaped spa bath.

Deluxe Villa
Each of our villas will exceed your expectations in living space. In your private Thai house you have a downstairs living area off which is a powder room. Upstairs the high-ceiling bedrooms offer king or twin beds. White muslin draped over canopies sweeps onto the polished teak floors. If you remove your shoes as traditional in Thailand you will find the natural wood soft under the bare soles of your feet. The design of the villas draws you outside, be it onto the terrace, to the deck, the massage area or sala. These typical Thai seating areas are perched up high with tranquil views over the tropical gardens or the nearby rice fields. Cushion covers in vintage Lao textiles add to the beauty of the setting.

Deluxe Villa with outdoor Jacuzzi
Relaxation is the soul of these Deluxe Villas. Each has its private outdoor Jacuzzi. From your terrace enjoy serene green views over your garden or the paddy fields or dissolve muscle stress with a private treatment in your outdoor massage area. Overall this Villa is much larger in size, and your entirely private home set over two floors has been created without reserve as an ideal hideaway. The interiors display selected pieces from our collection of antiques that play a critical role in the preservation of Lanna history. If you are musical you will be surprised and pleased to have your own piano. Alternatively you may prefer to invite some of our artists for a private performance; we offer many talents including traditional Thai dance and music.

The ground floor of this luxurious teak wood Villa invites a private dinner party. The large pantry is an excellent facility for our butlers who will serve you by candlelight in your dining area or on one of your terraces lit by flaming torches.
Alternatively reserve one of our expert therapists for a treatment in your massage area then recreate your own spa ritual with your secluded plunge pool, steam room followed by ice shower, finally retreating to your peaceful sun deck. Inside the high ceilings of the upper floor amplify the extensive spaciousness of these airy cool rooms. Entering a large hallway, on one side you have a bedroom and study, to the other is a fabulous bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub surrounded in gleaming teak. Once more architecturally you are drawn to the terraces, with seating areas for dining, reclining or peaceful meditation across views of the languid green paddy fields.

Grand Deluxe Villa with Pool
Self contained splendour. The finest of all our villas especially favoured by honeymoon couples, not only for its auspicious room number but for the many private luxuries. Take a plunge in your pool then indulge in your private spa ritual; soak in your Jacuzzi, you can choose indoor or outdoor, move to the steam room, followed by an ice shower then reserve one of our highly trained therapists for a massage.
The vast living space provides an unconfined base; architecturally you are drawn outside either to the deck, the traditional Thai sala or your upper sun terrace. In the evenings you can remain outside, call one of our chefs to prepare you a private dinner, a barbecue by torch light; alternatively retire indoors from some inventive International cuisine.
The upstairs has a king size bed, draped in white muslin. Your private study, includes wireless internet and cordless phones. The large bathroom has a spa shower and raised Jacuzzi.

Perfect for a group of four or family, we offer adjacent double-storey Deluxe Villas within their own private area. Each villa features a living room on the ground floor with ample lounge space and a private dining area. The large pantry will be useful for families but more luxuriously it is a base for our talented private dining team to prepare dinner parties, served with panache by our butlers, indoors or under the stars by the light of a flaming torch. Outside there is a massage area for both villas to share, large decks for sun bathing and a covered sala, the Thai style pavilion scattered with fine woven cushions. Upstairs one villa has Twin beds the other a King size bed. The bathrooms need hardly any description just large and fabulous.

These are the most prestigious of all our teak wood villas. In these villas you have all the accommodation and comforts of the Grand Deluxe two bedrooms, but with the additional luxury of a large plunge pool located within your private grounds. You have two separate villas, each with ground floor living areas and bedrooms upstairs, one king bedded, the other twin. The series of decks, terraces offer sufficient space for socialising or for individuals to seek out their own privacy.
