In our Culinary Academy, Chef Anchalee Luadkham guide our students through the secrets of Lanna herbs and spices and teach them the art of preparing and cooking Thai dishes.
Students are encouraged to master the preparation and execution of a complete meal, which they can then enjoy after each class.
The Oriental Culinary Academy is located on the upper storey of a delightful wooden pavilion in a mossy courtyard behind Le Grand Lanna Restaurant. It features classroom-style kitchens that are fitted with modern equipment with individual cooking stations, extractor hoods, sinks and preparation areas for up to 20 students. An overhead audio-visual link permits the whole classroom to see the cooking instructor clearly.
