To compliment your therapeutic experience in our treatment suites, the following wellness options are available, all are detailed below: Kinesis, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Consultations, Aquatic Training and a range of complementary therapies.

Kinesis

We are delighted to offer here the latest in exercise innovation from Technogym – Kinesis.

A series of specialized technology that incorporates a 360 degree rotating pulley system guides the body through easy and natural movements without restriction.

Personal Training - 60 minutes
One-to-one personal training ensures that you get the most from every workout. Our trainers can keep you motivated, vary your routine and adapt workouts for maximum enjoyment and benefit.

Yoga

As an ancient Indian philosophy, a disciplined lifestyle and not a religion; Yoga insists that the practice of the eight steps of Yoga is essential in order to lead a worthy life with the main aim to become physically fit, emotionally balanced, mentally strong and spiritually awakened.

All of our yoga sessions will be conducted under the supervision of our Yoga Master.

Yogasana & Asana (Hatha & Astanga style) - 60 minutes

Traditional body positions with maximum awareness to help make the body supple and minimize the physical discomfort. It promotes body toning and muscle endurance while encouraging mind & body co-ordination. This one to one session will be customized to relieve health conditions and minimize discomfort.

Kriya and Pranayama (cleansing and breathing practices) - 60 minutes
We welcome you to experience these authentic cleansing practices, known as Kriya, used to detoxify the body and mind followed by Pranayama which is the practice of breath control to balance the vital life force known as ‘Prana’.

Yoga Nidra - 60 minutes
Yoga Nidra is a powerful way of gaining the greatest benefits of relaxation without actually losing awareness. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to over 4 hours of deep sleep and it can help to manage high blood pressure, cramping, PMS, fatigue, insomnia, and stress.

Meditation - 60 minutes
Learn the path of wellness that leads to a Blissful experience and achieve passive alertness to relax the mind or the “MANA”.   

Pilates

The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.

The core fundamentals of the Method are based upon a thorough understanding of the anatomy of the human body. The Pilates teacher uses this information to create a comprehensive exercise programme for each client with the aim of restoring a greater sense of balance.

Pilates Mat work Session - 60 minutes
Suitable for beginners or regular Pilates enthusiasts, this session will be tailor made for your needs and will give you ideas and exercises to take home.

Personal Consultations

Lifestyle Consultations - 30 minutes

Whether staying for two days or two weeks, to help you get the most benefit from your experience at the Spa and to assist you in taking the wellness lifestyle home, we recommend scheduling separate time for your personal lifestyle consultation with one of our wellness experts.

Fitness and Wellness Consultation - 60 Minutes
An expert trainer helps you prepare to exercise correctly by conducting a complete assessment. This session will include a discussion relating to your current fitness level and lifestyle and how best to make improvements to this. Use of our body composition analyzer will also give you an insight into your body type and what this means in relation to your wellness.

Complementary Therapies

A selection of complementary therapies including Acupuncture, Nutritional Counselling, Chiropractic Medicine and Holistic Healing Techniques are available. The Spa concierge will be happy to arrange an appointment for you at a convenient time.

Aquatic Training

Swimming Lessons - 45 minutes
Take advantage of this perfect location to learn or improve your swimming skills. A peaceful location and warm water offer an environment to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and ready to learn.

Aqua Yoga - 45 minutes
Burn more calories and practice some difficult yoga positions in a very easy way.

Aqua Exercise - 45 minutes
The water is a great place to work out particularly if you are new to exercise or recovering from an injury. A specially designed session will offer a fun and interesting environment while protecting the body from impact and joint stress.
