Refreshing our Guestrooms
Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is currently undergoing a refreshment of its guestrooms which is designed to significantly enhance the facilities and services of this award-winning hotel. The works are being undertaken in a phased form and are scheduled to be completed by early 2018. We are committed to ensuring our guests’ satisfaction, comfort and convenience at all times, and the hotel has contingencies in place to ensure that any potential noise disturbance during this period is kept to a minimum.
The refreshment of guestrooms is being undertaken in phases, with only a few floors being done at any one time. Work is taking place from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and sound buffer floors are blocked both above and below the work areas to minimize any potential noise and disturbance.
Refreshment phases will be as follows:
Suites and Club Rooms ~ 6 June 2016 to 31 December 2016 ~ No significant noise expected
Deluxe Rooms ~ 1 January 2017 onwards ~ No significant noise expected
