Your delegates are our concern even before they’ve arrived. That’s why we provide a full range of transfer services, although if you require anything not featured in the list below, please let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange it.

We can arrange:

  • Limousines at the hotel’s prevailing rate. All cars are Mercedes Benz.
  • Group transportation in coaches of various sizes.

  • Valet parking. Self parking is complimentary upon presentation of a parking ticket at the Front Desk
  • Helicopter services
  • The Light Rail Transit station, within walking distance and Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, offers a Limousine Service that guarantees a prompt and efficient service with a pool of well-maintained limousines. The chauffeurs are well-trained and courteous. This service is available at both the hotel and the airport. Reservations can be made through the Room Reservations Office or the Concierge at the hotel.

Conditions of hire:

  • Rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit nett
  • Rates are inclusive of car hire, chauffeur, fuel, insurance, toll and parking charges
  • Hourly and Daily transfer rates are charged from time of dispatch to time of return to the hotel
  • Transfer time utilized below 30 minutes will be charged as a full half hour and transfers exceeding 30 minutes will be charged as one full hour
  • Daily transfers utilized for more than 12 hours will charged for subsequent hours under the hourly transfer rates
  • A 50% surcharge will be charged for hire transfers between 12 midnight to 6am
  • A 50% surcharge will be charged for Kuala Lumpur and outstation transfers from all locations back to hotel based on existing rates
  • Outstation/overnight – A levy of min MYR 150 for food and lodging to chauffeur per day depending on location
  • Hire is subject to the "Conditions of Carriage' obtainable upon request
