The Grand Ballroom is the city's largest pillarless ballroom, and can accommodate up to 2,400 guests. It has a separate, street level entrance for easy access, as well as a winding, emerald green marble staircase from the lobby, which is bathed in natural daylight. It features a stunning pre-function foyer, a dramatic eight-metre high ceiling with chandeliers, and huge windows with richly textured draperies, which provide splendid park views. Its sheer size is breathtaking – it’s big enough to accommodate a Boeing 747.
Like the Grand Ballroom, the Diamond Ballroom also has a separate street entrance – and the same ambience of understated luxury. Suitably appointed to your occasion, all of the three adjoining rooms are ideal for exquisite dinner parties, with timeless displays of fresh flowers, fine linen, china, crystal and silver. It is also ideal for corporate meetings, and equipped with a complete range of presentation facilities. It is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate 450 guests for a sit-down dinner.
These rooms located on Level Two have beautiful views of KLCC Park, and can be configured for corporate meetings, cocktails, private dinners and any other occasions.
Located on Level Two, these smaller function rooms are designed to accommodate varied business agendas and are an excellent choice for conference break out rooms, secretariats or for more intimate business discussions/meetings, cocktail receptions or lunch settings.
An excellent choice for smaller meetings, cocktail receptions or business lunches requiring intimate settings, the 12 meeting rooms on the second level can be tailored as desired to classroom, theatre or U-shaped seating. Tastefully appointed, each room is imbued with its own unique ambience that lends an air of elegance to formal events.
