We have three floors of meeting space, including the largest ballroom in Kuala Lumpur and a series of private rooms with park views.
An escalator runs smoothly between floors. Layouts include VIP preparation rooms and private access.

Meeting Rooms
Situated on the first floor, our vast ballroom is the largest pillarless meeting space in Kuala Lumpur.
It has a dramatic eight-metre high ceiling and glass panels overlooking the green park. The space is large enough to hold a Boeing 747 and frequently hosts car launches with convenient access from our loading bay.
The foyer has magnificent views over the park; a space flooded with natural light in the day.
Separate meeting rooms make excellent preparation areas for VIPs and we can allocate a private VIP restroom.
Situated at lobby level this is our smaller ballroom.
The reception area has an open aspect towards the lobby and out onto the capital’s streets. It has an additional separate entrance which is highly convenient for VIPs.
Situated on the second floor, separate from our ballrooms, these rooms offer a more discreet and private meeting space.
They have direct access via a lift from both the lobby and the car park.
Summit room, this is the largest space on the second floor with a generous foyer area.
Parkview Rooms, these five rooms all overlook the refreshing green of KLCC Park.
Penang Rooms, our six smaller meeting rooms, are ideal for break out sessions or executive dining.
