Embark on a journey to discover and savour wines from all over the world.

Our all-new Saturday Wine Lunch features a sumptuous 5-course menu by Chef Richard Ekkebus, paired with unique wines recommended by Amber’s Head Sommelier Patrick Frawley. Patrick will introduce wines from both the Old and New Worlds, many of which are exclusive and new to Hong Kong. The wine pairing will comprise of 4 wines, including a champagne apéritif, followed by a choice of white, red and dessert wines.

Wine Lunch Menu Highlights

  • Cauliflower cream with lobster jello-O & hokeido sea urchin
  • Foie gras raspberry, beet root & crisp ginger bread chupa chup
  • Iberian pork snout to tail & piccalilli croquet with sea salt (chef recommend to eat in one bite)
  • Challans duck & corn in three preparations: a traditional pâté, consommé with “ravioli” & corn salad with duck delicacies
  • Prime ribeye, the eye oven roasted, the cap braised with Basque country bacon, onions & organic carrots
  • Espresso ice-cream with whiskey cream, caramelized salted puff pastry & dolce de leche
  • Albinao 85% chocolate soufflé, ginger bread anglaise
