We are thrilled to again welcome chef Virgilio Martínez of Central in Lima, ranked No. 4 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016, to return to Hong Kong. Expect a flawlessly executed visual and culinary experience through the partnership of chef Richard Ekkebus’ modern French cuisine and chef Martínez’s unusual indigenous ingredients foraged in the jungle, desert, mountains and sea of Peru.

3-Michelin-Starred Sushi Pop-Up by Master Kenji Gyoten

Lunches & Dinners from 17 to 23 October 2016

Young restaurateur & chef Kenji Gyoten showcases his meticulous hontegaeshi (hand flip) technique of Edomae nigiri using rice sourced from a region in Kyushu renowned for its extreme temperature differences between night and day. The event will feature a replica of chef Gyoten’s bijou Fukuoka restaurant with omakase for lunch and dinner which change daily featuring the finest seasonal ingredients.
