Four Hands Dinner with Guest Chef Andrè Chiang

Restaurant Andrè’s chef Andrè Chiang and our chef Richard Ekkebus will present an 8-course surprise dinner* at Amber on the occasion of publication of Chiang’s new cookbook, Octaphilosophy (Phaidon Press). The dinner also marks the very last day of Amber’s signature Sea Urchin dish, which will only be available at In Situ restaurant at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art from June 2016 onwards.
