Belgium Chef Gert De Mandeleer pops up in Hong Kong

To celebrate the hotel’s 10th anniversary, Gert De Mangeleer, the chef and owner of the 3 Michelin starred Hertog Jan in Bruges, Belgium will host the pop-up restaurant from 8 to 10 June 2015. Expect an amazing modern Belgium cuisine with seasonal ingredients. The 7-course dinner including Champagne reception with four snacks is priced at HKD 2,888* per person.

Le French GourMAY Culinary Delights

In honour of Le French GourMay, Amber offers an exceptional five-course Platinum Menu crafted by Culinary Director Richard Ekkebus throughout the month of May, to showcase the finest French gastronomy from Midi-Pyrénées. To elevate the dining experience, Head Sommelier John Chan pairs each course with wines he personally discovered from this fertile region.
