Baby-sitting Services
Baby-sitting services are available and can be arranged with our Concierge. Please call +852 2132 0188. To avoid disappointment, please allow 24 hours in advance of need if possible.
The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong welcomes children of any age. Our concierge will make every effort to offer information for entertaining the whole family and book customised activities. Our Concierge team can be reached at +852 2132 0188 for any prior arrangements.
At the hotel
Before you arrive we would like to know the names and ages of the children in your party so we can prepare one of our special welcoming gifts for them, a child-size bathrobe and appropriate toiletries.
Upon special request, and subject to availability, we are delighted to provide any of the following:
- Cribs and/or rollaway bed(s) at no extra charge and subject to maximum occupancy
- Complimentary colouring books, crayons, toys, story books
- Complimentary use of baby equipment (Diaper Genies, bottle warmers, high chairs, strollers)
- Customized activities planned by the Concierge
