Gagnaire is celebrated as a pioneer of the fusion movement. Here he introduces another entirely new concept matching flavors and textures in the most unexpected way. Each dish will delight the senses with the familiarity of classic French cuisine and the modern twist of Pierre Gagnaire.

The interior of this dinner only restaurant is designed by Adam D. Tihany. It is a match for the Las Vegas skyline with 300 illuminated globes seeming to float across the ceiling like fireflies and a dramatic suspended wine loft, reached by a glass staircase offers a modern design element. Platforms throughout the restaurant ensure each guest enjoys these rare views of the glittering city heights through 20 foot high windows.

In a distinguished career that spans more than 35 years, Pierre Gagnaire has been acclaimed for his restaurants in Paris, London, Tokyo, Dubai and his namesake restaurant, “Pierre” at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
