Located on our stylish 8th floor deck, the Pool Café offers a selection of fresh cuisine, delectable desserts and thirst-quenching drinks to be enjoyed poolside at chic wicker tables or in the comfort of a private cabana, whilst overlooking the glistening skyscrapers of CityCenter. 

Serving traditional breakfast items, market fish and hard-to-beat American classics, you’ll also be able to cool off with our fresh gelato and sorbets or make a splash with our refreshing signature summer-themed cocktails.

The pool café is open between March and October.
