Fitness Centre

Our fully-equipped fitness centre offers a range of equipment by Technogym®. Amenities such as chilled towels, bottled water and fresh whole fruit are at your disposal, while televisions at each cardiovascular machine will keep you posted on the latest news.

Personal Training

Our highly experienced personal trainers are available to provide one-on-one consultation, assessment and programs for ongoing fitness development.

Yoga

An ancient practice that exercises the mind, body and spirit, yoga is an excellent way to work on your flexibility and relax. Combining unique poses and breathing exercises, our classes take place in our spacious studio, which overlooks our pool deck and the striking architecture of CityCenter. We offer a mix of group and private classes for all levels of experience.

Pilates

An invigorating series of core and whole body strengthening and stretching exercises, Pilates can transform your body and stimulate your mind. We offer private group and individual sessions of Pilates in the privacy of our studio.

Exercise Classes

In addition to our Yoga and Pilates sessions we also offer a range of other exercise classes including Body Sculpt, Kinesis Circuit Training and Boot Camp interval training. Our class schedule changes weekly, so please contact the spa for details.

Seminars

We also periodically offer wellness seminars from a variety of fitness instructors. Please contact the spa for details.
