Each function space at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas was designed specifically to create high-impact quality events set in a modern yet elegant environment.
The 17-foot high ceilings emphasize the spaciousness of the rooms while the modern technology is a meeting planners dream come true. All meeting rooms are located on the same floor and within steps of each other providing seamless transitions between events. A private entrance is available separate from the hotel’s main entrance for extra convenience for those guests not staying in the hotel.

The Oriental Ballroom’s location is a rarity in Las Vegas, perfectly situated three floors above The Boulevard and featuring floor-to-ceiling windows (with automated blackout shades) and an intimate outdoor patio.
Custom-built hardwood panels adorn the ballroom air-walls; ensuring consistently elegant décor for both large and small events. Meeting planners have individual wireless control of ballroom projectors, screens, lighting, and temperature. The space is divisible into three sections and is adjacent to our very grand pre-function foyer overlooking CityCenter.
These two function spaces can be reserved individually or combined for 56 guests. They have plenty of natural light (and automated blackout shades). Technology includes complete wireless interface with sophisticated lighting, temperature, and audio/visual features so your event can be tailored to your meeting’s needs.
Our Mandarin Boardroom is one of the most impressive executive boardrooms in Las Vegas. It seats up to 20 guests. Large windows flood the room with natural light. Bang & Olufsen electronics and surround sound systems enhance presentations. Subtle sophistication and modern art make this the ideal high-profile meeting space.
Our pool deck is a unique outdoor events venue surrounded by spectacular Las Vegas architecture. Situated on the 8th floor views are over the gleaming heights of CityCenter. Our private cabanas are ideal for varied food or cocktail booths. We have played to the Las Vegas atmosphere with poolside poker and created sophisticated scenes with live music and sit down dinners for up to 150 guests.
