A private booth directly overlooking the kitchen gives up to six guests a front row view of the activity and exclusive access to the team of chefs. Heston’s ‘Brigade’ will engage with your guests, explaining each course to give you the greatest understanding of British gastronomy and Heston Blumenthal's 21st century interpretations.

Private

Our private dining room has a more traditional atmosphere than the main restaurant, playing up to the historical British style. An oriental rug is thrown over the rich parquet flooring, wall sconces are hung on deep rust leather clad walls and at the centre of the room is a chandelier, the largest hand-blown glass piece produced in Britain. Up to 10 guests take their seats in high backed leather chairs for an extraordinary gastronomic event.

The room offers a view into the restaurant and beyond to Hyde Park, or if preferred the blinds can be pulled for complete privacy.
