It's important to us that you have exactly what you need for a successful conference. That's why we have the facilities and technology to be able to provide you with six different room layouts. Scroll down to find out more.

Classroom style - front projection

Rows of tables, usually with a central aisle. There is a chair for each delegate and a stage area flush to the wall with projection onto front of screen.

Classroom style - rear projection

Rows of tables, usually with a central aisle and a chair for each delegate. The stage is 15ft from the wall with projection onto the back of the screen. This configuration is only suitable for the Ballroom.

Boardroom style

Seating around rectangular table.

U-shape

Tables are arranged in a U configuration with seating around the outside of the table.

Cabaret style

Round tables seating 5-8 delegates on one side of each, enabling clear a view of any presentation.

Theatre style - front projection

Chairs arranged in rows usually with a central aisle. Staging, if required, is flush to the wall with projection onto the front of the screen.
