Our new Meeting Edge offer is bold and simple: just confirm and operate an event by March 31, 2011 and gain a group rate guarantee - lower than the best available rate by a minimum of 20% - and a credit to the master account of up to 10%*.


Terms and Conditions:

  • Offer is applicable to new group bookings confirmed and operated by 31 March 2011 with 10 or more guestrooms (peak night)
  • Offer is not valid on any previously contracted business
  • Subject to availability in participating Mandarin Oriental properties and blackout dates may apply
  • Rate guarantee is at time of booking
  • Includes all buying channels (with commission paid up to maximum of 10% per event)
  • *Percentage of credit is determined as follows:
    - 5% credit if total master account spend is less than or equal to USD 44,999
    - 7% credit if total master account spend is between USD 45,000 and USD 79,999
    - 10% credit if master account spend is greater than or equal to USD 80,000
