Known to be the best in Macau, the Cake Shop is situated on the 2nd floor. It sells an extensive choice of cakes and pastries, all baked freshly on the premises, as well as custom designed celebration cakes for special occasions like Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day.

Under the auspices of French Pastry Chef Herve Lemonon, demand is great, and advance orders are recommended for that special gift. Specialities include Almond Tuilles, the Mandarin Cheese Cake, Strawberry Napoleon, Chocolate Truffle Cake, and Home-Made Chocolates and Cookies. In addition, every month the pastry chefs team creates a special cake.
