Yoga

Yoga is an art of living that takes into consideration the mind, body and soul. At one of our yoga sessions, you’ll discover how to help the body unwind and create high levels of positive energy aiding you on your personal path to self-awareness.

Fitness Centre

As you'd expect, we have a luxury fitness centre that is fully equipped with a range of state of the art cardiovascular and weight resistance machines. Trainers are available if you want to request a personal fitness routine. The Fitness Centre is completed by its own exercise studio where a variety of communal activities such as aerobics and exercise classes, including step, body toning, tai chi, yoga and spinning. These classes are updated on a weekly basis.

The Fitness Centre is open from 6:30am until 10pm each day. It also has a sauna room and steam room, as well as an indoor Jacuzzi. Guests receive complimentary bathroom amenities, including soap and shampoo, as well as individual lockers.

This customized session will help you select the correct yogic practices as per your health condition to minimize discomfort.

  • Please do not eat a heavy meal before a class; yoga practice is encouraged on an empty stomach.
