Your Spa Visit
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 3 hours notice of cancellation or alteration of appointments to avoid a cancellation fee. A 100% charge will be administered should your appointment alter without this notice period. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers
An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift certificates are available from The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Macau. Please ask spa reception for more details.
Serenity
To aid tranquility and peace, the spa exercises a no mobile phones policy.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows us time to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment and also gives ample time to visit the spa’s oasis of heat and water. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement for access to spa treatments is 16 years old. All ages are welcome in the hotel pool; however children must be accompanied by an adult.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow spa reception to guide you in selecting the treatments that are most suitable for you during this time.
Loss and Damage
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your lockers and remove all jewellery before commencing your spa journey.
Child Care
Childcare can be arranged for you in The Resort whilst you unwind and enjoy. Please check resort reception for availability and prices.
Spa Boutique
To continue your spa regimen at home, all spa products used in the treatments and services are available in our spa boutique. Please note a 5% government tourism tax is added to all products and services.
