Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Paseo Uno’s unique interior features both indoor and outdoor ponds, glass-encased rivulets of water and interesting design details such as Spanish glass, Japanese paper and Filipino shells.
Our buffets promise a host of freshly cooked specialties such as tempura, risotto and crêpes cooked to perfection in our four open kitchens. There’s also a superb display of cold appetizers, salads, breads, and cheeses.
We also offer an a la carte menu featuring Asian and Western specialties and on Friday and Saturday nights, a Weekend Luxury Buffet, which includes a pan-fried duck liver station replete with sweet and savoury condiments.
