Guest Services Supervisor
On every meeting floor there is a dedicated supervisor available from 7 am to 7 pm to oversee every aspect of your event, to liaise on rooms, catering and meeting facilities, and ready to take care of any last minute hitches.

Techno Butlers
Our expert technicians are available to sort out all glitches with your audio visual and presentation equipment, to ensure a slick problem free production.

In-house artist
Our artist will provide the imagination and experience to transform your gala dinner into a creative spectacular. An event with panache will be appreciated and remembered by all your delegates.

Limousine Registration
For delegates using our limousine transfer service, you can complete registration documentation en route by-passing front desk procedures.

Green Room
Our Ballroom and Mahogany room have a series of adjacent rooms, any of which can be assigned as an operations room for Event Planners.

Translation and Administrative Services
Support services are available at our Business Centre, dedicated services for secretarial work or simultaneous translations can be quoted upon request.

Valet parking
Valet parking is available for guests.

Loading Bay
A good-sized loading bay is available for your convenience for large production set ups.

Newspapers are distributed each morning to guestrooms. Various magazines are available for perusal in the business centre.

Our business centre has three private offices and a boardroom for up to six executives.

Business centre colleagues will be delighted to provide secretarial services and translation services can be arranged with advanced notice.

Delegate

We provide an excellent delegate transfer service. En route from the airport, delegates can fill in their registration forms and by-pass the front desk. On arrival at the hotel, our guest services manager will show you straight to your room.

Our hotel is approximately 10 kilometres from Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

A complimentary shuttle bus is available between local shopping centres.
