Led by two celebrity chefs, our two signature restaurants lie at the heart of the resort, offering an atmospheric dining experience with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce.
Our first signature restaurant brings an exciting dining concept to Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech with tapas, paella and fresh baked breads served in chic yet relaxed surroundings overlooking the Pool and hotel olive groves. With a playful, friendly atmosphere and a menu inspired by the culinary history of the souk and Jemaa El Fna square, this signature restaurant will be one of our most enticing attractions with its open kitchen concept.
Our second signature restaurant is overseen by a renowned Moroccan chef. Influenced by traditional regional recipes, as well as modern interpretations of classic Moroccan dishes, the restaurant will use organic ingredients sourced from small producers over the Kingdom.
In addition, our pool restaurant will offer a selection of healthy dishes, focused on fresh fruits and vegetables, grilled seafood and light meat dishes from the Mediterranean. Luxury dining and drink options will be tailored to the patrons of the pool Cabanas. The stylish bar will be the place to go for cocktails and light bites.
To complete our resort experience, our In Villa dining will provide guests with the very best of our restaurant menus alongside a selection of international classics.
