Conley uses primarily organic meat and fish at Azul and his fastidiousness with ingredients, and smart sourcing, are evident in his Beginnings, Sea and Land options. A myriad of tempting desserts are also available.
For those seeking a classic end to an unforgettable meal, Azul is one of the few Miami restaurants offering a traditional cheese course; available in small plates of three or large plates of five.
