During an international search, Chef Joel Huff has been named Chef de Cuisine at Azul by Mandarin Oriental, Miami to take the helm of its stunning waterfront restaurant.

Chef Huff brings a remarkable two decades of experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry to his role as chef at Azul. Huff passionately pursued his calling for the culinary arts, most recently working at the renowned Tydes Restaurant in Santa Barbara and at Saam at The Bazaar by Jose Andres in Beverly Hills.

Huff brings his experience to Azul’s award-winning kitchen, and only works with the finest ingredients flown in fresh daily from all over the world.  Chef Huff’s complete new menu will debut at the end of March.
