Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

An energetic form of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. A process producing intense, internal heat and sweating that aids in the detoxification process. This results in improved circulation, a strong body and a calm mind.

Kundalini Yoga

This form of the art facilitates energy flow through the body. It includes breathing, postures, chanting and meditation. Benefits include increased strength, stimulation of the nervous system, improved mental concentration and heightened awareness.

Pilates Mat Class

This vigorous exercise includes a sequence of carefully performed movements, encouraging you to become more aware of your body as a single, integrated unit. Pilates improves alignment, breathing and the efficiency of movement. Each exercise is designed to stretch and strengthen the body’s central core, while opening the joints and releasing tension.

Tai Ch'i

Originating from Chinese martial arts, this slow, continuous flow of motion and meditation increases circulation as well as improving concentration and focus.

Belly Dancing

This Middle Eastern dance is based on diverse movements of the hips and abdomen. It’s a great combination of cardiovascular workout, muscle lengthening and abdominal toning, while it also increases flexibility and grace.

Meditation and Visualization

Take time out to experience the ultimate in relaxation. Learn the art of healthy breathing, while you increase your energy levels, improve circulation, lower blood pressure and feel everyday stress and anxiety gently float away.

Helpful Information:

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to the classes. We recommend not eating 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to classes. Remember to turn off all pagers and cell phones. Yoga classes are between 1hr and 1hr & 15 mins. Guests are welcome to utilize the The Spa's Relaxation Area with sauna and steam room.

Fitness

Our fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment from Technogym, world class machine developers.

We showcase high end technology including The Cardio Wave, an innovative cardiovascular machine that uses a unique multiplanar motion, similar to rollerblading or skiing, to tone and strengthen the glutes and core.

The room is luxuriously modern and has floor to ceiling views towards the infinity pool and Biscayne Bay. The equipment has integrated on board entertainment systems so you can watch TV or listen to music while you train.

Personal

Embark on a fitness improvement program with the encouragement of our certified personal trainers.

They’ll begin your first session with a 30-minute lifestyle consultation, covering nutrition, blood pressure and body fat analysis. Then they’ll customize a routine for the following hour to motivate and invigorate you - bringing you closer to your goals with every session. See details of prices below.
