Spa Arrival

We encourage you to arrive at the Spa 45 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to welcome you and introduce you to the spa facilities. It also gives you ample time to enjoy the spa’s fitness center and heat experiences. Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at time of booking.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and pager, as well as respecting the serenity of the environment.

Age Requirements

The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa and fitness center is 18, with the exception of select Teen Treatments.

Gratuity

For your convenience, an 18% service charge will be added to your final bill for each service.

Gift Certificates

An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift certificates are available from the Spa Reception.

If you wish to enjoy lunch during your visit, you are welcomed to enjoy our spa cuisine offerings at Café Sambal, served indoors or on the restaurant’s outdoor terrace.

Advanced Bookings

We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

Pregnancy

Please let our spa Concierge guide you in selecting suitable treatments, which have been specially designed with your well-being in mind during this special time. Treatments are available after the first trimester.
