Profile: when making a reservation, you can simply type your personal information each time or you can build a profile that will be stored on your device, and automatically used for reservations. This profile can be created and accessed within the app by selecting the Main Menu icon (Mandarin Fan) from the upper right corner of most screens, and then navigating to Menu > Account > My Profile. Contact Import: You can also choose to use a contact record from the address book within your device to make reservations. This means you don’t have to enter all your details, other than credit card information, and also allows you to make bookings for family members and friends you may have stored in your address book. To use this feature, simply select the “Contacts” button when prompted for Guest Info during the booking process.
MO.com Profile: if you hold a current profile on our web site at mandarinoriental.com, and wish to have your MO Hotels app reservations linked to this profile, please ensure that you enter your email address and password in exactly the same manner you did on the web site. This will ensure that all your reservations are associated with the same account, and you will be able to retrieve and manage reservations made from the MO Hotels app on the mandarinoriental.com web site. In the future, we will also offer this feature within the MO Hotels app, so you can manage all your reservations from your mobile device.
Additionally, if you have made a booking through the MO Hotels app and do not remember your password, you can retrieve the reservation on the mandarinoriental.com website by using your email address and the confirmation number provided to you by the MO Hotels app and/or the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.
