Real-time Reservations: Make your next booking on our app with the secure connection to our reservation system in real time. You may also Modify or cancel your reservation directly from within the app.

Tempting Offers: The latest special offers available at all Mandarin Oriental hotels worldwide are showcased and dynamically updated within the app, ensuring users can take advantage of our best and latest offers.

At Your Service: Call or email Dining and Spa services directly to make appointments or request assistance.

International Phone Number access: Look up and dial any of our worldwide reservation numbers, by looking up the country or region you are currently calling from.

“Cities by MO”: Cities by MO is a wide-ranging destination guide carefully selected by Mandarin Oriental’s legendary concierge teams. From area attractions, restaurants, shopping and nightlife sections, travelers can search for specific areas of interest.

Here some tips on how to use MO Hotels app

Navigation: Moving around the application is quite simple and straightforward. Most screens follow a similar theme and present you with pictures and descriptions of rooms, services, etc. along with any navigation choices related to the feature area you are viewing. These navigation choices are shown as individual rows on the screen and identified with a picture or icon, a quick title and description, and a small indicator arrow that signifies there is more detail that can be viewed for the item. Look for the indicator arrow as shown in the table to the right to select that item and display more detail about the item. Here are uses and definitions for the typical icons you will see throughout the app.

Main Menu: You can get to the Main Menu by selecting the Mandarin Oriental fan at the top right corner of most screens. Once on the Main Menu, you can select any feature icon available or tap the “X” in the upper right corner of the Main Menu to close the Main Menu and return to the screen you were previously on.

Please be aware that anytime you enter a feature from the Main Menu it re-starts that feature. So if you were already inside a feature and navigated to the Main Menu and tapped that feature icon again, you would restart the feature and lose your prior place and any data you may have specified. If you want to retain your prior place and simply return to where you were, just tap the “X” icon to close the Main Menu.

Device and Network Compatibility

Devices and Operating Systems: at a minimum, the MO Hotels app can be used on an iPod or iPhone (3G / 3GS) running at least version 3.1 of the operating system (IOS). For optimal use, we recommend an iPhone 3GS running version 3.2 IOS. You may also run the app on an iPad, however some images may render with poor resolution if viewed at the larger scale. A specific iPad optimized app will be available in the near future.

Settings: The MO Hotels App is optimized for the English Language and Region format United States. If your phone ‘s Settings > General > International > Language: English and Region Format: United States is different, certain functionality may not be viewed or function correctly.

Your personal data is of great concern to us, so all data transmissions are conducted with a secured connection. You have the following options when storing personal information or transmitting it via your mobile device.

Profile: when making a reservation, you can simply type your personal information each time or you can build a profile that will be stored on your device, and automatically used for reservations. This profile can be created and accessed within the app by selecting the Main Menu icon (Mandarin Fan) from the upper right corner of most screens, and then navigating to Menu > Account > My Profile. The profile will only store personal details but no credit card information. For security reasons, each reservation will require the entry of credit card details.My Profile. Contact Import: You can also choose to use a contact record from the address book within your device to make reservations. This means you don’t have to enter all your details, other than credit card information, and also allows you to make bookings for family members and friends you may have stored in your address book. To use this feature, simply select the “Contacts” button when prompted for Guest Info during the booking process.

MO.com Profile: if you hold a current profile on our web site at mandarinoriental.com, and wish to have your MO Hotels app reservations linked to this profile, please ensure that you enter your email address and password in exactly the same manner you did on the web site. This will ensure that all your reservations are associated with the same account, and you will be able to retrieve and manage reservations made from the MO Hotels app on the mandarinoriental.com web site. In the future, we will also offer this feature within the MO Hotels app, so you can manage all your reservations from your mobile device.

Additionally, if you have made a booking through the MO Hotels app and do not remember your password, you can retrieve the reservation on the mandarinoriental.com website by using your email address and the confirmation number provided to you by the MO Hotels app and/or the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.
