Our Mandarin Bar is now a familiar landmark in Munich, regulars return for champagne after shopping, Martinis before opera and a night cap at the end of the evening, this is always a convivial scene.
 
Mr Hernandez has a superb collection of vintage liqueurs, his most valuable and one of the most popular is the 60 year Old Louis XIII Remy Martin. With a wealth of experience Mr. Hernandez enjoys experimenting and has introduced a number of his own cocktail creations. The Mandarin Reef: an icy blend of Absolut, Havana Club, Passoa, Limette, Physalis and Rohrzucker or the Hot Mandarin Vodka a stirring mix of Cointreau, Limette, Chilli and Ingwer.

His pianist accompaniment plays familiar standards and music on guests’ request. Notes drift throughout the lobby lounge and up to Mark’s restaurant.
