Tables are laid with white linen and silver; our five star service is especially warm, making your dining experience both an elegant and relaxed affair.
Chef Tobias Jochim gained a coveted Michelin star for his cuisine, preparing predominantly French dishes with inspiration from around the Mediterranean. Fresh produce is brought in from Brittany and Normandy and further afield according to the season.
Our daily menu and a la carte begin with amuse bouche, presented in complimentary trios, each piece offers a heightened taste of the individual ingredients. Our dinners conclude with handmade sweets presented with our compliments.
A broad sweep of staircase leads up to the restaurant, a columned interior evokes the buildings Renaissance charm. Windows above the leafy side streets let light flow through the open space and the atmosphere is unobtrusive, with wide tables set carefully apart. In the evenings piano music drifts up from the lobby, inviting you to linger over coffee.
