Our fine dining restaurant is set in a series of intimate rooms beneath vaulted ceilings. Interiors have been recreated with harmonious minimalism and subtle eastern elements.
The inspired menu is the creation of our Executive Chef Jiří Štift; determined to revive the Golden Era of Czech cuisine for today’s high gourmet levels. He has also selected dishes from Asia, each prepared for the purity of individual flavours.
In the early 20th century Prague was a European culinary centre. Gourmet restaurants, delicatessens and cooking schools abounded in the capital. Prague’s well-stocked markets and shops provided a myriad of local and imported foods. Chef Štift has immersed himself in the archives and culled the best from earlier cuisine ambassadors to create a menu for the modern discerning palate.
