In designing our conference and meeting rooms we carefully preserved the fascinating character of the building.
These are creative spaces with every modern facility for high tech presentations.
We offer The Grand Ballroom for over 120 guests, Dominicus Hall, a small ballroom for 45 guests, Private dining room or executive meeting room for up to 12.

Grand Ballroom - This former refectory of the original Baroque monastery is flooded with natural light. Magnificent vaulted ceilings span the Grand Ballroom, adding an airy spaciousness to the pure white minimalism of the room. It beautifully combines historic features with a calm atmosphere lending itself to clear thinking.
The Dominicus Hall – Connecting directly with the Grand Ballroom, it is approximately one third the size and similarly atmospheric.
Monastery Lounge - Adjoining the Grand Ballroom and Dominicus Hall this former monastery cloister, with beautiful Baroque columns, is a light and impressive space for pre-function gatherings.
On our ground floor we have three event spaces.
Essensia E - Our restaurant’s private room, with its own access, can be used for dining, cocktails or as an executive meeting room.
Essensia Wine Cellar - For something truly different, we offer tastings beneath the arched brick ceiling of our cellar.
Executive boardroom - Furnished in contemporary style our boardroom offers a completely business like environment.
