Stepping into Ambar is an uplifting experience. We combine a highly creative interior with a beautiful tropical location on the edge of the lagoon.

A copper dome roof slopes over an impressive wine gallery. The talented chefs in our show kitchen provide the theatre, while the terrace provides a romantic seat by the green jungle and shimmering lagoon waters.

A private dining table is situated in the center of the restaurant with a remarkable glass floor over the still waters. Elevated dining for parties of up to 12 guests.

Cuisine is a fusion of Latin and Asian influences using local ingredients, home grown herbs, chillies and spices. Fresh fish is supplied from Baja California on the Pacific Coast and local catches.

Our second level private terrace Privé offers gorgeous romantic candlelit dinners under the star lit skies.

Live jazz is performed in the evenings.
