Fitness Center

Our fitness center is set within the serene confines of the Spa. Here you will find a first class range of strength, endurance and cardiovascular equipment. The Fitness Studio features a full range of Technogym Excite Equipment with built in entertainment systems. The Kinesis Studio contains two walls of Kinesis equipment - a series of specialized technology that incorporates a 360 degree rotating pulley system guides the body through easy and natural movements without restriction.

We have created no less than three magnificent pool experiences, extravagantly landscaped amidst tropical gardens. Our infinity edged pool has views across the Caribbean horizon. Pool service will ensure you relax totally under the tropical sun, with cooling towels and iced drinks at the lazy wave of a hand. Enjoy lunch at Aguamarina Restaurant and Bar or order poolside service.

Water Sports Center

Snorkel over the second largest barrier reef in the world. Take a sea kayak from our beach and enjoy the peace of the blue azure.

Deep sea fishing. Go out in search of Marlin, Barracuda, Sailfish, Wahoo, Dorado, Tuna and Kingfish. We operate an ecological fishing policy, whereby any fish caught which are not destined for the table will be returned to the sea.

Little Fans Club

We offer a fun and supervised children’s program designed specifically for children aged 4 to 12. We take extra care to ensure that each child enjoys a positive and rewarding experience with many highly imaginative activities.

For Your Pet

Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya welcomes you and your pets to enjoy our legendary service and accommodations. From the moment you check-in your pet will enjoy the utmost in comfort. A variety of special services and amenities are available as part of our personalized pet program.

We welcome dogs up to 30 pounds in all room and suite categories, however to ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests, we do ask that you refrain from taking your pets to the pool and beach area as well as the restaurants, bars and spa.
