Our current series focuses on yoga with highly experienced instruction. The retreat program incorporates nutrition advice, guided meditation, exotic treatments and relaxation in our glorious heat and water facilities. They begin on Thursdays with a welcome group dinner, giving you the opportunity to meet with instructors and fellow guests and to familiarise yourselves with the luxurious surroundings.

Classes are designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced yoga students.
