Located on the ground floor of the main building, Yi Yang is a welcoming restaurant serving fine Cantonese cuisine. During lunch and dinner time, Yi Yang specializes in superb seafood dishes, notably perfectly steamed fish and rich braised abalone as well as a tasteful array of tempting dim sum treats. The menu also includes Hainanese specialties such as Wenchang Chicken and Dongshan Lamb.

Yi Yang, which means “Near to the Sea” in Chinese, has been designed as a convivial gathering place for friends and family. The décor, with its graceful lines and luxurious materials, is reminiscent of Imperial China.

For special occasions, Yi Yang features 6 private dining rooms, each with its own theme. The largest private dining room can accommodate up to 18 guests and has been designed in the style of a traditional Chinese house. A selection of traditional Chinese spirits, imported and domestic beers and fine wines are available to complement your dishes.
