Fresh is an al fresco grill restaurant with a dramatic beachfront setting and delicious modern Australian cuisine. Constructed using local volcanic rocks, Fresh enjoys a rustic, laidback feel with stunning lanterns and a mixture of dark wicker and light wood furniture. 

Using both freshwater and saltwater seafood as well as shellfish, premium meats and fresh poultry, the menu features mouth-watering dishes such as slow cooked rock lobster tails and fennel crusted turbot. In addition, there is an impressive wine list and wide choice of cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
