We have more than 900 square metres of banquet and conference facilities including some inspirational outdoor locations.
Each of our function spaces are within independent pavilions and combine natural surroundings with efficient facilities.

Outdoor Spaces
An inspirational setting for your event, the Coral Bay Ballroom is an independent building situated in an elevated position. Natural daylight streams through the windows at the foyer. With its state-of-the-art audio-visual systems and IT equipment it is a top multifunction area.
The ballroom has a VIP lounge with separate entrance, an office for secretarial or organisational use, and a separate welcoming area. A soundproofed sliding door divides the space in half for smaller events.
A wraparound foyer has marvellous views of the surrounding green hills. Furnishings include soft sofas for a relaxed atmosphere.
Our five function rooms are within individual pavilions, designed to blend with the lush garden surroundings. They combine a natural setting and green views with sleek interiors, cushioned comfort executive seating and efficient technology.
They are located near the main lobby and also the Pavilion Rooftop, which is a semi outdoor space for refreshments overlooking the gardens.
The resort’s beautiful beachfront and lush landscape provides a delightful setting for outdoor functions.
The Garden is our largest outdoor space, situated in the centre of the resort with stunning views over the bay. Private dining events are particularly special with candlelight and a sea breeze.
The lawn is a more intimate garden venue or we can set up a poolside barbecue party.
The Stage and the Sand are regularly the sites for team building exercises, particularly the latter with its location by the beach, near our sports facilities.
The Peak makes an excellent location for high level management gatherings, and can be reserved in conjunction with the adjacent Ocean Pavilion accommodation.
