Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 12 hours or a no show will incur a 100% charge. A credit card is required at the time of booking.

Spa Etiquette

Our Spa environment is one of tranquility, calm and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity, and we ask that you turn off your mobile phones at all times.

Spa Arrival

We recommend that you check in at the Spa Reception at least 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time for a relaxed check in and allows us to discuss with you, your treatment expectations and further customize your experience. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 16.

Health Conditions

An in depth consultation will be conducted prior to your treatment, however, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your spa experience when making your reservation.

Pregnancy

Please allow the Spa Concierge to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service treatment.

Loss or Damage

We regret that The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any personal articles. Please keep all valuables in the secure in-room safe provided in your treatment suite.

Accidents or Injuries

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Sanya shall not be liable for any accident or injury sustained by member or guest.

Alcohol and Tobacco

The consumption of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited on the Spa premises.

Spa Boutique

To continue your Spa regimen at home, all Spa products used in the treatments and services are available in our Spa Boutique.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt or fapiao. No cash or credit card refunds will be accepted.
