We have more than 900 square meters of banquet and conference facilities on site, including our magnificent Coral Bay Ballroom, which offers uninterrupted sea views and seating for up to 450 guests. Our five state-of-art stand alone function rooms are equipped with all of the latest technology and are conveniently located in our main building, overlooking the resort.
Coral Bay Ballroom
Function Rooms
An elegant setting for any event, the Coral Bay Ballroom sits near the top of our resort, with commanding views of the sea and natural daylight streaming in. With its state-of-the-art audio-visual systems and IT equipment, it is a top multifunctional area.
The ballroom, which seats up to 450 guests, has a VIP lounge with separate entrance, an office for secretarial or organizational use, and a separate welcoming area. A soundproof sliding door divides the space in half for smaller events.
Our five stand-alone function rooms are designed to accommodate events of any size, whether it’s a small family gathering or an annual company meeting. Each room offers natural daylight and comes equipped with state-of-the-art technology and innovative refreshment breaks tailor-made to your requirements. Four of our rooms seat up to 40 guests, while the large Sail room can seat as many as 90 guests. Set in the beachfront tropical gardens, the function rooms are conveniently located next to our main building, overlooking the resort with stunning panoramic views of the South China Sea.
